About us
C and C Heating Services are a commercial gas and heating services company serving the North East of England. Based in South Tyneside we are ideally placed to serve commercial businesses from Teesside to the Borders. Set up as partnership by two fully qualified commercial heating engineers, who together have almost 30 years combined experience in the heating services sector, C and C Heating Services can offer a wide range of heating and gas related works for the commercial and industrial sectors which are detailed in the following paragraphs. Installation
C and C Heating Sercvices are fully experienced in the installation of boilers and water based heating systems including all related pipework, valves, pumps and heat emitters. Installation of warm air heaters, from manufacturers such as Powrmatic and Benson, can also be catered for along with other large area heating systems such as radiant tube and plaque heaters. All associated gas supply pipework and flueing requirements are installed to the relevant standards. We are also qualified to work in commercial catering establishments and cover installation, servicing and maintenance in this area. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Service & Maintenance
Whether you have a single combination boiler serving a small office, a large plant room full of commercial heating equipment or a warm air heating system, C and C Heating Sevices can offer a maintenance service to suit your individual needs. Testing & Purging
Whether you have a previously de-commissioned gas system that is coming back into service or are in need of removing live gas pipework, C and C Heating Services can safely carry out Testing and Purging procedures on your gas system. All work is carried out following the standards set out in IGE/UP/1 and 1A and all relevant certification is issued on completion of the works.
Pipework Services
Our engineers are also experienced in the installation of non fuel gas pipework covering a range of techniques including welding, threading, brazing, soldering and pressfitting with a range of materials such as steel copper and plastics. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
